Weeks 1 – 4 focus on a series of 20 unique exercises to develop facial muscle awareness, activate, strengthen, and tone. In week 5 we step it up and follow the 12 core exercises that will be the foundation of your face yoga practise. Why I created the programs

Committing to any new practise can be a challenge, even those that are beneficial and make us feel good. Having a daily program to follow is a great way to get started, both for learning and to stay on track, which is why I designed these programs! You will:

  • Feel confident in each exercise
  • Have all the tools to continue your practise
