During the initial session, we’ll have a chat about what you’d like to address, and go through the form that you were sent prior to the appointment. You’ll be guided in practises that regulate the nervous system, and to find anchors in the body that feel strong. Each session is unique so there may be other breath, sound and/or movement, there may be mostly talking! The most important thing before beginning any deeper therapeutic work is building trust and connection, feeling comfortable this is right for you before taking a deeper dive into breathwork. In sessions thereafter, we will work together on your goals, incorporating breathwork, sound healing and somatic practises to help move through any internal blocks, release stuck emotions and gain insight and clarity in the present. Daisy will guide you in exploring these and how to translate this into action and integration in your life. The space is fully confidential, supportive and without judgement. We will focus on creating profound shifts in mindset, beliefs and self awareness to lay the foundation for the life you truly want to live.
