“Selah” embodies a space of potential, connection and truth. If we can find Selah, we can find the quiet internal stillness and know ourselves. Creating these pauses with intention is where the magic of transformation begins. And we can find joy and have fun in the process! Our mission is to provide a space for you to find greater personal freedom, nurture connection, reduce stress, feel good in your body and mind, and live with more joy.
With a focus on the transformative power of breath, sound, and the mind and body connection, Daisy works with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Her grounded, compassionate
and playful approach is foundational in creating supportive, safe spaces to explore and grow.
Collaborations with other teachers and therapists, experience, and extensive training internationally have led to the creation of Selah. Daisy has worked with organisations and groups including Steps2Recovery, YMCA, Squad Group, Purpose People LTD, Bhuti London and others.
Breathwork, Sound Healing and Yoga, combined with a variety of therapies, including nervous system regulation and somatic techniques backed by science, provide an approach to meaningful change that is right for each individual.
Selah’s offerings are rooted in the science of breath and
frequency, exploring the profound connection between breath, movement, and the mind, and how both the conscious and subconscious process can shape the way we see the world.
Drawing inspiration from both traditional practices and contemporary research, Selah’s approach is a blend of ancient wisdom and science-backed methods. Whether you are looking for ways to reduce stress, navigate challenges at work and/or home, or want to make big life changes, anything is possible. Build on your foundations of resilience, tune into your intuition and discover practical ways to make meaningful change in the present.
Sessions are designed to restore balance within the body and mind, supporting regulation of the nervous system and encouraging the release of natural hormones and chemicals that boost health, energy and overall wellbeing.
Selah combines breathwork with sound healing, combining various instruments like Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and voice. Qualified in holistic therapies including acupressure and massage and holding a Diploma in pre- and post-natal health, Daisy can provide somatic treatment during sessions and teaches how people can utilise these practices in their own lives.
Change is something I’ve become familiar with. Back in 2013 life was messy. After battling addictions and depression since my early teens I hit a final crossroads. Either face the unknown – get help, or stay where I was; not living, no hope. I knew what I was doing wasn’t working, and yet I struggled to be vulnerable with others. Outwardly, things looked ok for a time, I was good at holding things together. It took a lot of effort! When I decided to try another way, the process of change began.
Each step was confronting, slowly I learnt to open up and discovered there were other ways to navigate the world and my experiences that were more helpful and supportive. We all have our lived experiences, and circumstances differ, but thoughts feelings, beliefs and the impact they have on our internal world are similar. We carry all sorts of stuff and that can shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others. Breathwork, sound, somatic practises, and clinical and psychotherapeutic methods,
help us to sift through the layers and get a fresh take on things.
Because let’s be honest—haven’t you had enough? Enough negative self-talk, enough limiting beliefs, baggage that weighs you down, enough suffering. You were born to grow and shine, not be held back by old stories.
I believe you can create inner safety and calm without having to sit still on a mat in meditation for hours. You can find the boundaries of your own body and truly know yourself without years of analysis and reading endless books on trauma. You can practise yoga whether you’re 10 or 100, in blooming health or experiencing challenges.
I’ve worked with studios, rehabs, clinics and 1:1 clients in the UK and abroad, collaborating with teachers and professionals and am a registered member of RCOT, GPBA, IBF, Yoga Alliance, CMA, and IHWC, totally passionate about sharing these practices with others.
My thanks to Benedict Beaumont, Patrick Pica, teachers at Adi Yogpeeth in Rishikesh, and all the incredible mentors and guides on this path for sharing their time, knowledge and experience so generously with me.
